StreamViewerBot provides simulated viewers ("bot viewers") for Twitch streams for the purpose of increasing viewer counts and category ranking. This service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding algorithmic discovery.

3. Credits, Refunds, and Revocation of Service

Purchases made on our platform are converted into digital credits (Viewer-Hours) added to your account.

• Right to Refund & Revoke: We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refund any customer's purchase and permanently revoke their credits or terminate their account without prior notice or explanation. This includes cases of suspected abuse, platform instability, or violation of these terms.
• Money-Back Guarantee: If the service fails to deliver the purchased viewers, you may request a refund for the unused credits.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person or channel.
• To target streams without the authorization of the stream owner.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

• Data Collection: We collect only the minimum necessary data to operate the service, such as your email address (for account creation), Twitch Stream URLs you provide, and payment history.
• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe/Fungies). We do not store or process your raw credit card data on our servers.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StreamViewerBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Twitch) against your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
